I am appalled at the service in this place. I am a designer, and stopped by to see an item in…read moreperson, but did not have an appointment with a sales person. I was barred from entering the show room until I told the (very rude) receptionist why I was there! When I explained what I was looking for I was told "we don't have that" and then she proceeded to turn around and deal with someone else who apparently deserved attention more. I asked another employee where the sinks were located and I was shooed away and told "over there" as she gestured to an entire side of the showroom. Every time I ran into an employee here I was not asked if I needed help, I wasn't even greeted or smiled at - instead I was given a smug "smile" if you could call it that and was asked to move out of the way. I have been to many high end design showrooms with price points much higher than Ferguson and have never been treated like this. I understand that making an appointment is the ideal way of doing business, however there needs to be a way to accommodate customers without treating them like trash. Whoever is in charge of the sales floor - I hope you read this and I hope some changes are made.

Horrific. (And this is not the first time we had a bad experience there but by far this was the…read moreworst) We walked in, excited about our project, and could not get anyone to even make eye contact. We roamed the entire floor for over half an hour. Went home and made an appointment, was treated so rudely by the sales rep who informed us that he had a DESIGNER who he wanted to talk to at that time and we could re-book. The mgr got us another sales rep who helped us although we had already set up a project online. Then when it came time to pay for the rest of our order we could not get the sales rep after repeated attempts and a "sales coordinator" would not answer the phone or return phone calls for days on end even when I called her back within 4 minutes of her email to me to call her. Then, out of frustration had to go in and pay online which then triggered a phone call while I was dining out from the sales rep who was then rude and said everything was just going to show up on my front porch (even the part that she apparently got credit for selling to me) and still the sales coordinator would not respond AT ALL. The employees in this business are all divas who seem to think they can and should jerk customers around to make them feel special. Ferguson needs to SERIOUSLY re-think its business model because PDI is right up the street and can get all the same things for the same price with nicer employees and a much less stressful experience. WTF Ferguson????!!!! Get some competent management in the senior positions and remember that without customers you are literally nothing.

Of course, I immediately noticed that this showroom is pretty much entirely for those building or renovating kitchens and baths, but I just love to browse. Kenny & Co. have everything you can imagine for your upscale kitchen or bathroom, from tubs and sinks to tile, hardware and fixtures. You can choose from a vast array of ultra modern and sleek to retro to rustic and classic styles. Beautiful tiles too--and their displays make you want to tear your house apart immediately...but you had better be ready with a pretty heavy bank account or long line of credit! This ain't your Home Depot... Have questions? Ask any of the friendly designers in store--Robin Pigg is a personal favorite of mine; I have worked with her before and she knows her stuff!

No offer to assist, but she did say she must have been at lunch, not sure why that mattered. After that, she disappeared. We came back to the desk 3 times to get help, no one. I did see her hanging out with a designer and other team member, I'm glad the designer received assistance. I will not be back. I will not recommend to anyone. My assumption is they don't need the business. I can see how they have a good review from a designer as they were giving that individual quite a bit of attention. Had just the opposite experience at PDI, and I hadn't even called them. I only spend 16K on a bathtub there but I do plan on returning for the rest of our bathroom remodel. Victoria spend some time helping us and redeemed our afternoon in Nashville. Need help remodeling go to PDI and ask for Victoria.
