Do not give this company your business! The sales person took advantage of an elderly, grieving woman. She went in to buy slippers and they talked her into 3 inserts totaling $1700. She didn't even understand what she had purchased , as the sales person kept adding more products to her bill. They do not allow refunds, and when corporate was contacted, they confirmed that "they encourage upselling" And " to contact the Better Business Bureau " SHAME!! read more

The salesperson pretty much fed my DISABLED husband a lie and he was so desperate for relief that he completely fell for it. Not once were we told there was a no return policy. The subject was danced around. My husband has no feeling in his left leg from the knee down. How the heck are these inserts supposed to help him when he can't feel? The salesperson even said... I really don't like using these in Skechers, which is what my husband has. I kept questioning her and she just focused on my elderly husband because she knew she had a fish on the line. She then proceeded to put them in and sell to him anyway. This is a huge scam and I would not recommend these mainly due to the no return policy that you are kind of stuck to. This was an immoral sale in my opinion done by an immoral salesperson that just wanted the money. If they knew what they were doing they would have said immediately. I am so sorry however you are really not a candidate for these. That would have been the morally correct thing to do. Now I am stuck paying 1500.00 for trash. read more
