Holabird customer service which is normally great, is not standing buy its customers. It has a…read moremisleading website, with respect to a new racquet purchase, and did not listen to me (the customer). I had purchased a racquet not knowing it's the prior 3 year old model. Their website is not clearly labeled for the version of the racquet shown and is misguiding people. When you click through their menu items to display the racquets by brand, the OLD generation racquets are shown, not clearly labeled as such and nowhere on that list is the new generation shown. They don't feel its misleading, not listening to the customer so they will not provide a full credit for the racquet with stringing. They discount the refund by the cost of the string and $9 for the racquet.

During the colder seasons, they transform the area into an ice skating rink. If you like farmers/flea markets, stop by early fall mornings - lots of good vendors for jams, candles, pet goods, etc. Lately they have been enforcing the chaperone/minor curfew policy. I think it helps keep the vibe family friendly and makes the place feel secure.
