I waited a full month before putting my review out here so I could be completely honest and well informed. I can truly say these inserts and the whole process of fitting has been life-changing for me personally. I clumsily broke a toe (or two) on one foot early this summer and it has never healed properly - causing severe strain and pressure on my left foot that was really accentuated once I started marching band camp in early July. After the very first full day of camp and being on my feet the full day and the added stress of teaching marching fundamentals (where the feet are kind of important LOL) I looked up the nearest Good Feet store to me and was at their doorstep at 10 am sharp the following day saying "Please Fix Me". Pam Farrell was AWESOME to work with. From the very first test fit and walk - I felt ridiculous because I literally had tears - I cried because it DID NOT HURT to walk suddenly. It really truly did make that much of a difference. While I did not expect the cost to be as high as it was - I also know that I literally cannot work the jobs and interests that I am a part of (marching band, substitute teaching, and photographer) without taking care of my feet properly. It's a completely justifiable cost. I haven't gone a single day without wearing my inserts. (Although, I have not actually used the stage 3 inserts a single time to be honest - I wear stage 1 inserts most of the day and then switch off to stage 2 if I have an additional 3 hours at night on my feet for marching band after having been on my feet the entire day). I was a bit sceptical about what arch supports and corrective shoes can do. The sales manager there, Filly, I can't say enough good things about. She was very kind and patient, working with first my daughters, and then me. She was not not pushy, and, as she said, she let's the products sell themselves. I observed an immediate change in the posture and gait of my daughters. I have almost no arch, and am 58 years old. I wound up getting the shoes, the main supports and the exercises that I put on my sandals. I wear the supports with my dress shoes and can feel the change in my own gait and posture. I have had them now a couple of months. My feet would often hurt from being in dress shoes with no support or cushion, or being in sandals with no support. I wear the supports constantly and have really noticed a huge improvement. Filly is a tremendous salesperson and I am very pleased with my own purchases and those for my daughters. read more

I can't say enough good things about the store manager, Filly. My daughters feet have never felt better. I found out my 13 year old daughter had flat feet and a narrow heel from the foot doctor. Out of desperation, we had been going to shoe stores looking, I walked into Good Feet hoping to find shoes my child would not walk out off. Filly was amazing. She showed me with a foot print my daughter actually had very high arches. Filly took her time to find the perfect fit. A week after my child wearing the shoes and the inserts, my child is no longer having pain in her feet. As a mom I have noticed a dramatic change in her behavior. She's very happy. I had no idea her feet were bothering her so badly. I never felt pressured to buy anything. The product sold itself. I have had back pain for probably the last 15 years. I was looking for relief and I needed it now. I prayed that God would send me to the right store that could help me. I walked into Filly's store and I told her how much pain I've been in. Filly was so kind and helpful and made me feel very important in understanding how much I wanted relief. Good customer service should be the rule, rather than the exception, & sometimes we even benefit from exceptional customer service! Isaiah, a customer representative, provided excellent customer care on my first visit to this store. While I was making an inquiry for a friend, I still had dozens of questions he answered patiently & with expertise. He took time to make sure he had provided exactly the information I needed to share. Isaiah was so thorough & had such excellent product knowledge that I gladly drove my friend the 74 miles to this store within the next week so that she could be fitted. I was having horrible pain in both my feet. Someone I know told me about the good feet store so I thought I would give it a try. Most of my pain was in my heels and when the arch supports were put in I could immediately feel a difference in the pressure that was taken off of my heels. It did take about three weeks for my feet to get used to the new support, and after about six or seven weeks the pain in my feet was probably about 3/4 of the way better. Each week that goes by my feet get better and better. It has been a healing process, but it's understandable that my feet didn't get bad overnight so they are not going to heal overnight. I totally recommend the good feet store! Without them I would still be in horrible pain. I am so thankful they were able to help me. read more

Glenn got his inserts about a month ago. His job requires him to be on his feet all day on concrete and asphalt. His feet were really hurting him and he had backaches and headaches as well. At the end of the day, he was in a great deal of pain. I had been wanting to take him to Good Feet for a very long time because I felt that was the answer to his problem. It was. My experience at this location was first rate and the relief on my new developing foot pain is amazing. I have been seeing the beginning of plantar fasciitis on my left foot and I was given this stores name by several friends who have dealt with this foot issue. It's not the cheapest route but it does have the best warranty. I was able to use my FSA (flexible spending account) with my company to pay for these inserts. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. She had me all set and out the door in about 20 minutes. This was a wise investment for sure! I have plantar fasciitis and my right foot was hurting so bad I could hardly walk. My mom told me about The Good Feet store in LS and we decided to check it out. Filly worked with me to get me walking again! I was also very hesitant due to the price but it has def been a great investment! I have worn arch supports from the Good Feet Store for years. They are pricey but a fantastic investment in myself to be pain free. I recently went to the new Lee's Summit store because it's much closer to me (I was having to go to the Merriam store). Filly Galan, the store manager, was very helpful and recommended a change to the inserts I was wearing to correct the pain issue I was having.
