He has brought in some of the best personal Humidors by Savory; so he now has added a bigger selection of humidors to sell for a person to purchase right there a... and purchase as a gift or personal use at home. Great atmosphere, it was a little bust before with many chairs that were not in working order: but he has changed that, along with a fresh paint upgrade. He has brought in many new lines/manufactures of cigars while keeping all of the established standby and industry favorites that were there. Lots of great industry boutique cigars that increases the selection of what's there to smoke. The ventilation is great and has been updated this year, various areas to sit with groups ... even a private room that has a conference table sitting 6 to 8 (there is other conference table in the general lounge area too.) people with a TV and private bathroom in that room. He has added new later hours till 8 pm, check the website for exact hours. The big thing besides the DRAMATIC INCREASE in cigar selection; the PRICING HAS BEEN DROPPED as much as $5.00 a cigar. New owner Peter is a gracious host and a Encyclopedia of cigar industry knowledge and what cigar may fit your taste. Good selection of smokes & the usual paraphernalia. The husband was pleased to find Bali Shag Golden Can, which can be difficult to find. HUGE variety of loose tobacco & rolling stuff, nice if you are going the roll your own route as my husband is. 2 cartons of Camel lights (47.94 each), a can of Bali Shag (25.29), a box of flints, and a White Sox lighter ran us 133.31, including 8.66 cents in tax. Not too shabby considering that it would have been $200 in Chicago. Nice staff, great selection, worth stopping in at if the BP across the street is closed.

I have stopped in on 3 separate occasions and observed that none (zero) of its employees use or seem to even possess masks. When I asked about it, they say they refuse wear them and that they don't have to. They also appear to not require any customers to use masks. And their non-compliance must be well known, because this evening I have seen 4-5 customers walk in with no masks (except those the customer left hanging on their car mirror.) What can be done to stop them spreading the virus?

There was a piece that was in their display case marked for $12.99 and he was ready to purchase it until the person behind the counter checked to see if the price was accurate. After checking the price it was coming up as being $80. Here's our complaint. Working in retail I know that if something is marked inaccurate and it hit's the sales floor we are required to honor that price. No fuss or argument. It isn't our fault that it wasn't priced correctly therefore they and any store should honor that price as marked, correct? There have been a few other occasions where this particular place has done this and we've overlooked it, but now it's becoming repetitive. I know. Why keep going? I now ask that very same question. I think I'll give my business to another place not to forget mentioning that their staff doesn't seem to be the most friendly people.

The open airy seating space, beautifully decorated for the holiday, was inviting and quiet. Perfect for conversation. The staff were very friendly and attentive. (Shoutout to Sherry!) The lunch menu features several sandwich options as well as salads. We chose the fish sandwich which was tender and moist served on a toasted brioche bun. The beer batter coating was light and flaky, melt in your mouth delicious. We will definitely be back!
