Mid June of 25' the ring separated into the three pieces seen in the picture. I took it to Kay thinking it's less than a year old surely they'll do something. Nope. The rings are sold as is no warranty. The person assisting us said this Tungsten is notorious for coming apart as the cap will not stay on for long. We were also told Kay instructs their employees to not tell the customer of this flaw in this particular ring. I contacted Kay themselves as was told there was nothing they could do as the ring had no warranty. Kay has no backing of the products they sell and won't even cover manufacturing defects. After 12 years of being a loyal customer we're done with Kay.
