They fixed a jade necklace for me that a 'friend's' jewelry store did a horrible stringing on. Additionally they created a pair of beautiful earrings to match. They counted the beads before accepting ( other store DID NOT) and documented everything. Additionally, they tightened a stone in a ring of mine free of charge. read more

I would recommend Bell Jewelers to anyone and everyone! We first went to Jared and the experience felt very impersonal, it seemed like they were just focused on making a sale. We decided to check out a local jeweler instead and that's when we met Andrea at Bell Jewelers. She was amazing! She took the time to show us different diamonds and styles and really listened to what we wanted. She helped us create the perfect engagement ring and made the whole process feel special and personal. Because the experience was so great, we came back to Bell Jewelers for our wedding bands too. We couldn't be happier and truly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and a wonderful experience! read more

Since I had good service the last time I was here, we brought a ring in from my recently departed mother in law that my wife wanted to see if it could be resized. I don't know the woman's name but it was the frumpy old blonde woman that ended up not really helping us. We told what we were hoping to do, and her immediate response was "I don't think we can do anything but let me check" and then she came back and told us that they couldn't. Which is fine, however no offer of alternative options and you immediately took the conversation to a negative when you start off with I don't think we can. We went elsewhere and their response was "I will be happy to check and see", and even when they said that it couldn't be resized they gave other options of what could be done. You could have still made a sale, but instead you lost one. Take this as a training opportunity! read more

They sized my finger and after three trips, I still don't have a ring. They measured my finger wrong and the ring fell off my finger when it arrived. The second ring that was ordered was the exact same size as before. At this point I am done. read more

I've been stuck on a waitlist for a specific Rolex model at one of the big authorized dealers for over two years--literally no movement, and I was about ready to give up. Then I stopped into Bell Jewelers in Murfreesboro and talked to Trevor. I told him what I was hunting for, and he said he'd see what he could do--no big promises, just straight talk. Less than a month later, Trevor calls me up--he'd sourced the exact watch I wanted, and it was in impeccable condition. Pristine case and bracelet, flawless dial, full original box and papers, everything looked brand new out of the factory. The whole process was honest, transparent, and a huge relief after the endless waiting games elsewhere. No pressure, no upselling--just real expertise and killer service. The pricing was fair too, definitely better than the inflated gray market stuff I'd seen online. If you're in the market for luxury watches (especially Rolex), engagement rings, or fine jewelry around Murfreesboro, head to Bell Jewelers at 821 NW Broad St and ask for Trevor. This place has been around forever (since 1879!), and it shows in the quality and customer care. They just turned a frustrated waitlister into a lifelong fan. 5 stars all the way! Thanks again, Trevor--you made my year. Highly recommend! read more

Thank you to Andrea Smyth at Bells Jewelers. Roger and myself came in to see you could make my engagement and wedding band's using one of the stone my mother gave me. It means a lot to me. You made sure I was very pleased with my ring. You had lots of patience for the designing of my rings. Thank you, Soon to be Mrs. Miller Nicole Leshane read more

I recently moved to the area and needed a trustworthy jeweler. Bell Jewelers came highly recommended by multiple sources. I was not disappointed. I had several things done at Bell, including having a ring custom made, rings sized, and three jewelry appraisals. Trevor was great to deal with; he did an excellent job of listening to what I was trying to describe and working with me until the product met my expectations. Bob also did a great job of creating what I was trying to describe; I was very happy with the ring that he made. I appreciated Bell's professionalism, expertise, friendliness and trustworthiness that made me feel like a valued customer. I give them the highest recommendation. read more

Went in to have a gift engraved. Where I met Mrs. Barbara who assisted me with what I needed. Very pleasant experience will definitely visit again. read more

Buying wedding rings is sort of an anxious time but fortunately, Lisa and Bell Jewelers created such a calm environment making it ridiculously easy to purchase the little love circles! In business since the 1800's, Bell provides excellent customer service, a wide selection, and did I mention the bling? Often, I classify jewelers with car salesmen but at Bell it was different. There was no pressure and no sense of scamming on my detector. At this level of expertise and honesty Bell was entrusted with my custom designed wedding band. Let me just say that we left Bell with a bill $50 under our budget for both rings and a guarantee that we will be satisfied! The cherry on the sundae was the hand written "thank you" note as another indication that Bell is all about family and personal relations. Check plus! read more

Bell Jewelers - Jewelry Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and he had a great experience! Gregg (I believe who is the owner?) originally helped him then Andrea sized it for me when we got back from our trip. We just went back to pick out our bands and Andrea was so patient and helpful! We are very pleased with everything! read more

For about 25 years, this has been our "go to" jeweler. We have never gone anywhere else. This may be due to convenience. We just started going there. We are NOT big spenders on jewelry, but every time we have gone there for minor repairs, they have taken care of us. If I need an appraisal, or have to buy a high end item, I would trust them implicitly. read more

I brought in two pieces of jewelry that needed repairs (a necklace and a ring), and the repair department was extremely helpful! They fixed the broken clasp on my necklace immediately for $11, and they are fixing my ring for $10 as well. They also cleaned my wedding set for free while I was waiting, and tightened the prongs on the main diamond because they were a little loose. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful even though I clearly wasn't there to buy jewelry, and the pieces I brought in were not purchased at Bell either. Quick and easy! I'll definitely return in the future. read more

My husband purchased me a new ring and it was taken to Bells for sizing. It was a 1 ct diamond with rose gold. We picked up the ring today, and there was no rose gold. I'm not sure what they did, but I'm very disappointed with the service. We will never patronize this establishment. read more

This is the only place that I will shop for jewelry. I had shopped with one of the large chains years ago (Friedmans) and all they seemed to have was low quality junk and exorbitant prices. After trying Bell, I'm hooked! They carry very good quality merchandise and any work that I've needed done was completed in store instead of having to send pieces off to who knows where. They carry a lot of the big name lines that are all the rage now, too. A couple of years ago I wanted to get my wife a Pandora bracelet for mothers day and while researching the line I found that Bell has the complete collection! They have clips and charms that even Jared doesn't carry. Score one for the hometown jewelry store! Top that off with friendly, helpful staff and you'll see why I'm a loyal customer! read more

If you're anyone of color, do not shop here. My father and I went here today to buy a Rolex as my college graduation presents. I guess that was hard to believe because when the girl came to help me they signaled her to come back over and have someone else help me then locked the doors once we started to try them on. I felt uncomfortable and decided to just wait until our trip to GA to get it there. I will never go back to this jeweler again. read more

Went in for a simple thumb ring. Left very impressed with a new ring and plans to return. Very helpful friendly service. Good selection. I'm very happy. Went back again for vaentines and left just as happy as the first time. read more

The only place this GUY will go to buy Jewelry! Trying to find a unique wedding band was more difficult than I ever imagined. I went to dozens of stores in the Nashville area. Everyone had the same boring selection. I took a picture into Bell Jewelers and within a few days that had my ring in the store, at a price I couldn't refuse. It was a black diamond wedding band. I get compliments all the time on having such a cool piece of jewelry. I even bought my wife's wedding gift there a week later. I look forward to stopping by; they have great gifts at all price ranges. They are fast to clean and polish jewelry and I appreciate the personal relationship and time they give to the customers...Even if your just looking! Never Experienced Pressure, it's a very clean store with lots of selection. read more

Battery replacement for two Swiss Army watches. One was a new, still-in-the-box Victorinox. I took it to them because I didn't want to risk scratching it myself. So, of course, what do they do? Scratch the back plate. When I complained, they tried to buff it out but did such a hamhanded job that they ruined it. I insisted that they replace the backplate, which they initially agreed to, but then later they simply did a better job of buffing it. They wouldn't do any more. Close examination still reveals the scratch marks. They told me they wouldn't charge me for the battery replacements, but when I checked my credit card statement, they had. Fortunately it was not an expensive watch, but still, very annoying. read more

Much better service on my last visit. Mary Beth is amazing and so so helpful!! Couldn't have asked for a better rep for Bell Jewelers!

went to the store today to look for some earrings and the tall blond sales woman treated us like we had no business being in the store. I was going to buy a Pandora bracelet and charms but I will just go to Jared's instead. I like to support small local businesses but not when they treat me like that. read more

My soon to be fiancé and I came into the store to look for engagement rings. I work for a jewelry store so I was very excited to be on the other side of the counter for once. However, we felt like a bother to be in the store. Don't walk in as a young couple and expect to be given any attention or excitement. Someone showing us rings left us midshowing to help someone else (something you NEVER do when helping a customer). Barbara was nice enough, but when I realized it was near closing time and I apologized twice, she didn't respond to me. At the jewelry store where I work, it doesn't matter if you're not going to buy anything and you're in the store thirty minutes after closing and I'm really tired after a long shift: when people apologize for staying after closing time, I always enthusiastically reassure them that they are welcome and wanted. I almost bought a wedding band on the spot for my boyfriend because I found one that was really nice, but he felt so snubbed I couldn't feel right in buying it from them. read more

I asked around for a jewelry referral & was told Bell jewelry was trustworthy. So I took my deceased Mothers wedding ring to be sized down to a 6. It then was too small when I went back in the repairman quoted me $300 to size up half size. They stated it was due to the gold they would need to build the back up! I didn't understand they had cut my gold out & now wanted to charge me 75% more than a jeweler in Franklin is going to charge me so I can wear & enjoy this piece again. Live & learn please listen to my experience & price around for quality work! read more

This is by far the BEST jewelers I've found since I moved to TN. Family owned, personable, knowledgeable and terrific service, combined with a fantastic showcase puts Bell Jewelers ahead of its competition! I would gladly drive to Murfreesboro to work with this team then drive to a chain jewlers or an independent jeweler that simply do not measure up. read more

I absolutely love this jeweler! It is a family owned business with wonderful people that actually care about their customers and the business they are in. Lisa sold me and my husband our wedding rings 3 years ago and she still treats us both special and remembers us like it was yesterday! And not to mention they have the prettiest jewelry and a wonderful price and always have! I would recommend this place over any place in Middle Tennessee ! read more

Bell Jewelers is the best jewelry store in the area. I have been using them since we moved here. They offer in house repairs, as well as an excellent variety of jewelry and raw stones. I have had rings repaired here, bought stones to have set in existing pieces as well as purchased some wonderful gifts. Highly recommend this place. U might find a cheaper price elsewhere, but the quality and experience that bell offers will not be beat. read more

I purchased a ring at Bell Jewelers several months back. While on a trip, I noticed one of the stones on the edge fell out. I only had a few days in Murfreesboro to get the ring repaired. I dropped it off on a Holiday weekend and they had it ready for me the next day with no charge. If you are looking for quality and service, I suggest you shop there! read more

I have never been treated with more disrespect and lack of professionalism as I was today. I had a $7500 necklace (by their appraisal) to sell at their so called buying event. The buyer was very cold, unprofessional, and just plain rude as he turned his nose up to my high end jewelry. It appears they are just looking to take advantage of uneducated people who don't realize what their heirlooms are worth. It wasn't so much he refused the purchase of my property it was the unprofessionalism he performed. read more
