This time, after I paid $153.54, she raised her voice, insisting I pay again despite the charge showing on my card. She threatened to take my jewelry back if I didn't pay again. It took a call to my credit card company before she finally accepted the payment had gone through--without an apology. The service is not only slow, but her attitude is unprofessional, disrespectful, and aggressive. I cannot recommend this place--not only do they take their time, but they don't fix the customer experience. The owner apologized, said they had repaired the original and it was "finished", and had planned to call me that very day. They apparently never ordered the replacement as agreed. I mentioned I could buy the same watch online for $500 less, but wanted to support a local business. They offered to knock some off the price.
