Being a home cook, learning proper knife skills is very important, also proper cleaning of kitchen knives is useful. And this is what the class is about. Nah, it's just not my cup of tea. With this class, kiddo will have to be away from me. The reason being is that she is a lefty while I use my right hand. It was one of the best activities we did together. We enjoyed every minute of the class. The pricing was very reasonable especially for what we got. They really take pride in their product and made sure to handle our projects with care! The class was small which I loved. We were paid attention to closely and she was very helpful throughout the entire class. The little store front they have is so cute. So many cute products to purchase both their own and local artists and small businesses. Parking is easy. They are tucked back with a few other businesses. We plan to be back! Products take about 6-8 weeks to finish being made once you finish making the product.

We found this shop and a beautiful (and pricey) piece of pottery in the front window that unfortunately I could not fly home with. Fast forward to today over 5 months later and it's still there. This time we drive and it was coming home. BUT... when I entered the shop the owner or employee was upstairs and when I said I needed help she continued to yell from above instead of coming down to the COMPLETELY EMPTY store. I explain I'd like to see the piece in the window and the she replies "Well I can't just take it out." I say "Even to sell?" She starts shuffling down stairs and muttering and says "I can't just take it out to look at" under her breath but loud enough for me to hear. Well that was it. We just told her not to bother herself and left. Enjoy your completely empty shop when it's closed because you can't be bothered to actually sell anything. And I agree with the owner... She had zero patience to actually sell anything. Not on the phone not doing anything but sitting upstairs and didn't want to be bothered. Just laziness. If you don't want to sell something big and can't be bothered to move it maybe don't put it in your display window or hire someone not rude and lazy. I try to shop local and support local businesses but if you don't want to be bothered and then LIE about it then you don't deserve the support. Not a problem on its own, but you do need some life experience and tact to be a manager of a hardware store where most of you're customers know more than anyone the store. I blame the owners of the store, not the young people, but still... it sucks for customers that need any sort of help or problem solved. I went in for Stihl hearing protection and the box was ripped in several places and soaked in oil! The head set itself was just loose in the box with no packaging and not clean. Theres no way it was new and they knew it, yet refused to do anything or acknowledge the problem. They offered no discount, no alternative at a matched price, nothing. Not my first issue with this garbage business, just the latest and the reason I'm done giving them money.
