Kelsey's has been recently renovated. They have replaced their movie star posters with those of black and white scenes - very artsy. I felt the need to stretch out my meal with conversation and slowly drinking away at my water and Virgin Caesar to justify the price of the item I ate. Now, generally, 10.99 when doing a sit-down meal seems very reasonable - but the quantity just wasn't there. (On the other hand, if you sign up on their website, or complete a survey, you can get a free appetizer with your entree or full meal over 25$). If you're looking for a quiet location that is good for conversation, this would be a good place. Just be prepared to pay for it.
