Our server (Brooke) was fantastic and was pushed to tears due to the way things are being handled by the manager. While Brooke (and the other servers) were great. The Manager was the total opposite. His approach was arrogant and quite condescending. He did not help to solve problems, only made things worse. Food was so backed up we ordered a couple pizzas and brought them to our table. And getting a drink was just as bad. I never did get my food order. It was too late (and after a few drinks) to leave and go elsewhere. And that patio is quite a nice location. Lots of space and comfortable. Overall The hotel is quite clean md modern and well appointed. Not fancy but quite nice. I will stay here again. If you want to eat or have a drink there are many more restaurants a a short drive away in downtown Cornwall that will leave you well fed and satisfied. The Jet Set is not one of them. They need to review this operation before it's too late.

They serve amazing food and all the staff I've interacted with over the years have been friendly and accommodating. My go-to meal is a Guinness and the German Plate as it's filled with all the goods you want: schnitzel, sausage, spaetzle, sauerkraut, and potato salad!
