Our server (Brooke) was fantastic and was pushed to tears due to the way things are being handled by the manager. While Brooke (and the other servers) were great. The Manager was the total opposite. His approach was arrogant and quite condescending. He did not help to solve problems, only made things worse. Food was so backed up we ordered a couple pizzas and brought them to our table. And getting a drink was just as bad. I never did get my food order. It was too late (and after a few drinks) to leave and go elsewhere. And that patio is quite a nice location. Lots of space and comfortable. Overall The hotel is quite clean md modern and well appointed. Not fancy but quite nice. I will stay here again. If you want to eat or have a drink there are many more restaurants a a short drive away in downtown Cornwall that will leave you well fed and satisfied. The Jet Set is not one of them. They need to review this operation before it's too late.

We sat at the bar as a group of four and stayed for about two hours. Service was great our bartender (long dark hair, blue eyes) was super friendly and attentive the whole time. I usually get a poutine because it's my favorite "cheat" meal but my fellow trivia team members always get an assortment of food and there is rarely ever a complaint.
