The workmanship was excellent, and the car came out clean. Unfortunately, I later got a rock crack in my windshield. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to messages, answered all of questions, and worked with me to keep the cost down. He gave a very fair price on a new windshield, recalibration, and reapplying the XPEL XR Plus windshield tint. What stood out most was the staffs professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Frank was upfront about all options, explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass without any pressure, and it was very easy to make the decision that made the most sense. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and Faith Auto Glass has earned my business.
