Trusted Faith Auto Glass twice now, and they've earned my business…read more The first time, they installed XPEL XR Plus ceramic tint on my 2026 Camry, including a 70% windshield tint. The workmanship was excellent, and the car came out clean. Unfortunately, I later got a rock crack in my windshield. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to messages, answered all of questions, and worked with me to keep the cost down. He gave a very fair price on a new windshield, recalibration, and reapplying the XPEL XR Plus windshield tint. What stood out most was the staffs professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Frank was upfront about all options, explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass without any pressure, and it was very easy to make the decision that made the most sense. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and Faith Auto Glass has earned my business. If you're looking for quality tint or auto glass work, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be coming back for future projects.

I've had 3 of my personal cars and a windshield done by them, as well as over 100 used car windshields by them when I was a used car manager at a local dealer... Nothing but amazing people, great customer service, and a quality job! BEST place to go to in Temecula!

I'm extremely disappointed with how a recent warranty claim was handled. A few years ago, I had…read morethis team come to my house to replace my windshield. Recently, I noticed moisture accumulating and water dripping from the pillar, so I contacted them to honor the 'lifetime warranty' they advertise. The technician who came out to my home was professional, but the company's logic for denying the claim is a major 'catch-22.' They refused to perform the warranty work because they 'suspected' corrosion under the seal, yet they had no actual verification that rust exists. They told me I needed a body shop because if they pulled the glass, they might not be able to put it back together. Here is the problem: when the original technician did the install at my house, they never mentioned any rust or prep issues. If there is corrosion there now, it is almost certainly because their seal failed and allowed water to sit against the metal for years. It feels like they are using a symptom of their own faulty workmanship as an excuse to void the warranty. A 'lifetime warranty' is useless if the company won't take responsibility for the damage their leaking seal likely caused. I'm now stuck with a leaking car and a company that won't stand behind the work they did in my own driveway.
