I contacted Supreme Window & Door based upon their proximity to my house and the online reviews. After speaking with Kenny, he called me back about an hour later to say that he would have technicians at my house the next day. Casey and JT arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were polite, professional, dressed well, and were careful with my house, the glass, the door and my dog. The wheel housing needed to repair my patio sliding door was in the inventory that they travel with in their truck. In about 45 minutes, the new wheels were installed, the track was cleaned, the patio glass door was reinstalled and they clean the glass. A short time after they left, I was contacted by Angela from the office for the $275 payment with Zelle. I found the cost to be reasonable, especially since the local handyman quoted me $500 two months prior, but hadn't found the opportunity to fit my door repair into his schedule. I give Supreme Window & Door, Kenny, Casey, JT, and Angela two thumbs up. Outstanding service! I highly recommend you have your doors and windows serviced by Supreme Window & Door. Kim

Stellar, first class service all around…read more My mother's house was in the process of being listed for sale, shortly after she moved into assisted living. The realtor was doing a last tour around the house on the day she went to have photographs taken and to post a sign out front (just a few days before the listing was to go live) and discovered a broken bedroom side window toward the rear of the house, caused by an errant golf ball from the adjacent country club golf course. I scrambled to find a company that could respond quickly, but of the largest companies in the area (with 4.5 or better ratings, with 10 or more reviews was the standard metric I was using), all were booked solid. None could even come to give an estimate in less than 3-4 days (or longer), and none could assure a replacement window could be measured, ordered, made and installed in less than 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. In desperation, I called the local Home Depot and inquired if they provided repair services for such situations. I was informed by the Door & Window department rep I spoke to that HD only orders new replacement windows, does not offer "repair" services, and for one single window they would likely not be competitive. The HD rep stated that while she was not authorized to do so, "off the record" she had a phone number for a smaller local company that had a good reputation, and as of yet she had not had any calls back stating anyone had ever had any issues with their services. I did an online search of the phone number provided to discover it was for "Desert Glazing", located out of Coachella. I found several 5-star reviews on Yelp. A CA Contractor's License Board search showed "Desert Glazing" with license # 942961 as being first issued a license over 15 years ago (experienced!), with current bond on file, insurance, and workman's comp coverage all up-to-date. A Better Business Bureau search also showed no complaints. I called and spoke to Jose, one of the owners of this small family business. Jose understood the urgent need of our problem. Luckily, I had installed an exterior key lockbox some time ago, which could be used to gain access into the property (which was vacant). Jose came over later that same evening (after hours, in fact) to size up the window and give an estimate. Amazing response! Pricing was more than fair, and he assured us that he could have the replacement window in by that Thursday or Friday (no more than 4 days later). Just....wow! At the same time, I asked if they could also look into the problematic living room glass slider patio door, which was so stuck in place that one had to literally lift it up about a quarter inch just to get it to open (this slider door had been problematic for years!). Jose's crew was able to repair both the window as well as replace the completely worn slider door's single wheels with solid, newer tandem wheels for a sturdy replacement for a very fair additional amount, considering the short notice. According to the realtor, the final product was done professionally and looks perfect. Plus, the patio slider repair made a huge difference (especially when showing the house, as getting out of that slider was a noticeable issue, even though the house is being listed "as is"). Payment options were simple, and included Zelle for Business, which was fast and efficient, especially considering I myself am located 3 hours away in northwest L.A. County, and could not get into town in person to take care of this entire effort on such short notice. Kudos to an entirely seamless, easy process. Even my mother's real estate agent / realtor was impressed, and asked for the company's contact info in case of any future need on their part for one of their properties. Photos of their residential work look great, but I'd also highly recommend this company for any property management service business in the Coachella Valley. I was that impressed, especially in this day and age, with their responsiveness, flexibility and service. Overall, outstanding! I inquired of Mr. Espino as to why they didn't advertise more widely. I was told their preference was to "stay just busy enough" for their small family business - made up of a few brothers - to provide the best service and quality, hence why they preferred to simply advertise by "word of mouth". Not too big, sized just right to nimbly and efficiently respond when needed.
