I came in requesting bright, blended, neutral (not brassy) highlights with clean face-framing pieces. The result was uneven, with visible brassiness, harsh lines at the root, and poor blending throughout, particularly around the face. During the service, while my hair was already partially foiled, my stylist shared that she had primarily been working in waxing and had not been actively doing hair. This was unexpected, especially since I booked based on her profile listing 15 years of experience in hair and color. To the salon's credit, I returned for a correction. However, the second service did not resolve the issues and left the color still inconsistent and not what I requested. I paid $300 for my service and $200 for my daughter, who also experienced uneven results. We are now in a position where both services require professional color correction elsewhere, which will cost several hundred dollars more. I gave the salon an opportunity to correct the work, but the final outcome did not meet expectations.
