TLDR: Anastasia is at Redmond EWC!…read more I always had the best Brazilian experience with Anastasia and was devastated to see she was no longer working here . I reluctantly began my search for a new waxer when I happened to find that she is now at the Redmond EWC location! Anastasia is fast, thorough, so warm and friendly and she really makes the miserable experience of getting a Brazilian (almost) painless. Go to Redmond to see her and thank me later!

The person who waxed me was very kind and made great conversation. I truly have nothing bad to say…read moreabout the actual waxing experience itself, it was comfortable and professional. However, I did not have a good experience afterward. Additional services were offered to me without it being clearly explained that there would be an extra charge attached. I was also given wipes that I was told were free, but when I got to the counter, I was told I had to pay for them. I felt like I was being charged more without my clear consent or understanding. The front desk staff was not very kind or welcoming during checkout. I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
