Edit: My tech Alejandro Alvarado replaced my original coil with a much smaller coil and he replaced the water drain box with a bigger box and lied and said he didn't. He tried to convince me that the replacement box was there all along. My system is now not energy efficient. The tech gave me his google card for review and the CEO David Musial is listed to call if anything is wrong. How does he not know that his employees lie, and gaslight customers. My original install was in 2022 in this home, I was lied to about the permit, he had no permit and that created a problem for me. The main installer had a partner working with him that illegally took videos of me and home and posted to snap chat. Now I'm dealing with this, more lies and not a correct replacement.. It's not a matter of he said she said... polygraph is a business owner's friend. Ladies and Gents, beware... these people are not honest. I debated whether to bring this up.. I thought I should because they keep getting away with lying to the customers.
