I was clearly unhappy and was told that they were behind schedule due to the cold, wet spring we've had. Then why did they wait until today to cancel? After the call I looked up tomorrow's weather: rain between 4 and 5 a.m. Clearly outside of work hours. So I was lied to: the weather tomorrow had nothing to do with the real reason they canceled the service call. At this point I am going to have the maintenance work done that I've already paid for with Precision Today and then find a new HVAC service company.
