Add in local ownership (they also have a store downtown on Broad). In an effort to let them know of a problem on the internet that could effect their sales, I said "the internet said you were closed so I wanted to check". Interrupting me mid sentence he said "the internet says we open at 10am". While looking directly at the newly refreshed web page that differed, I attempted to explain further, but INTERRUPTING AGAIN, he said "we open at 10am". This guy needs to be schooled on proper phone etiquette when dealing with customers, much less with other human beings. If their in-store service rivals their phone rudeness, I will be going elsewhere and informing everyone else in every form of social media available to do the same.

They have outdoor seating as well. This is "geared" towards bikers and they sell gear as well as have a nice place to take a break during or after a ride. Beer prices were pretty reasonable and there was a decent selection. They have a really awesome doozie that looks like a paper bag but is insulated! They have multiple board games to choose from for entertainment as well. That must not be what most people like to do on their breaks since we were the first ones to get into Sorry. Overall I look forward to coming here again to grab a beer with friends at times especially with the nice weather!

I dropped the bike off Saturday (8/22) was called Wednesday (8/26) that the bike was ready, picked up Saturday (8/29). When I got there the brakes were not back to normal. They took the bike right back into the shop and flipped them for me. I waited around while they did it, about 15 minutes, not a big deal. Loaded the bike up and took it home. Bike still stops like trash. How they didn't tell me I need brake pads or something is beyond me. I'm assuming they didn't even take the wheels off the bike. I should have rode the bike in the parking lot, that's on me I guess. I feel like they charged me $103 for nothing. I see most people have had a good experience here but I did not. They set me up for failure on the trails and that doesn't feel good.

Great place to rent a kayak or canoe in downtown Chattanooga or to do some shopping…read more They had a huge selection of sports and outdoor gear and do rentals. We rented a 2 person kayak for 2 hours (the minimum) for only 40$. We walked in and the staff was friendly and helped us get set up with the rental. It took about 5 minutes to fill everything out. We then pulled out car around to load up the kayak. You do have to transport the kayak yourself to the drop in point on the river. They gave us a paper with QR codes showing us all of the drop in points and told us which was the closest. We went right under walnut street bridge. It was the perfect spot with a great view. The only issue was transporting the kayak. We were fine because we had a Ford Escape, but if your car cannot transport it, you would have a problem. They supplied us with straps and helped us strap in on. They also have us paddles and life jackets. We struggled a bit to get the kayak on and off the car at the river as we were only two people and I am not super strong, but it was doable! It didn't feel like we had too much time by the time we drove there and got the kayak in the water but we did have a good hour and 15min I'd say. And we returned the kayak a little bit early. Honestly it was a lot harder than we thought going against the current so we couldn't have spent much longer out there anyways. Also, I wouldn't recommend bringing things on the boat with you that you don't want to get wet. My sweatshirt was soaked sitting on the front there. The two dry bins were filled with water so we didn't put our phones in there. We had some baggies and just put our phones in baggies and in our shirts. My shoes and pants did get soaked as well being in the front. When we went into the water off of the ramp the whole front filled it with water at first. So I definitely would come better prepared than us, clothing wise! Definitely recommend this place if you have the car to transport the kayak/canoe!
