My vehicle had significant installation oversights involving critical components and purchased hardware that were simply not installed. These were not cosmetic issues-they were essential components that were included with the purchased kit and should have been installed as part of the work I paid for. Since February, what concerns me most is that even after three follow-up inspections, alignment work, and additional adjustments that may have successfully disguised the root cause, the missing components STILL were not identified. Multiple opportunities existed to discover and correct the problem, yet the installation deficiencies remained. In my opinion, this demonstrates a serious breakdown in QA, inspection procedures, and workmanship. In July, when I brought these issues to the attention of current leadership, the response focused on a limited partial refund rather than meaningfully addressing the broader concerns surrounding the incomplete installation and repeated failure to identify it. That response left me with little confidence that accountability and customer safety are being treated with the seriousness they deserve. If you choose to do business here, I strongly recommend confirming that every purchased part has actually been installed, verifying all manufacturer p/n before approving the installation, and thoroughly inspecting the completed work before accepting delivery. For suspension, steering, or any other safety-related work, I also recommend obtaining an independent inspection. First and foremost, you need to understand that those company cars in this ONE MAN SHOP take priority over your car. On semi to major repairs, THE WORK ON YOUR CAR IS CONTINUALLY INTERRUPTED to take care of small jobs on other cars, then he has to try and remember where he left off when he finally gets back to spending a few minutes on your car before stopping work for the next small job. When they get backlogged with repairs, a buddy or two stops by the shop to make a little under the table money. Are his buddies even ASE certified? They took three times longer than estimated on my car. Why? Because he disassembled it (then I couldn't take it elsewhere), then left it sit to do oil changes and brakes on the cars for company contracts. The hours added up to days and the days to weeks. I later found out he had an inexperienced buddy working on my car at night. When I picked it up, after it had supposedly been road tested, it wasn't even repaired. It took weeks at Dixon's to complete a repair that would've taken 6 hours at the Chevy dealership, and it would've been done right the first time by a certified technician. IMO, the owner is unprofessional, the shop is dirty and cluttered, they pad the bill by adding needless and expensive "additives, friction reducers, etc." Once they get your money, they don't seem to care about your time or your satisfaction. BOTTOM LINE: It is my opinion that if you want to do business with a professionally run shop who cares about your time or satisfaction, you should go elsewhere. I will never go back. We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him
