The replacement tire was located at another Firestone, and instead of making me wait a couple of hours for delivery, the store manager, Wilson, actually drove to the other location himself to pick it up so I could get back on the road sooner. That level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. Another employee I had contact with, Karl, was outstanding, too. Appointments are always easy to make, prices are fair, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond.
