It had a bunch of unique odds and ends and blended the affordable with the expensive. Basically it was what I expected from an antique store, but had some unique finds that you don't see everywhere which I enjoyed. Was it cheap? no, but honestly most antique stores aren't cheap these days. We didn't find anything to take home with us but had a really fun time browsing and I'd recommend for anyone interested in antiquing that finds themselves in this part of Omaha.

It has a limited collection of few t-shirts and sweaters (if you want shirts with funny and cute designs, go to Made in Omaha across the street). This store sells a few souvenir items from Nebraska like magnets, keychains. They also have greeting cards, umbrella, toys like harmonica, and stuffed toys shaped like corn, etc. The lady at the Tannenbaum Christmas Shop answered my questions about the merchandise on Old Market Sundries section. Items are reasonably priced.

We were able to find all the keychains and shot glasses we needed. Not only did they have Omaha/NE branded items, but they also got items from nearby Iowa. If you are planning on driving through Iowa but still want to take a piece home for yourself, then this is a good spot to stock up as well. The day we shopped here turned out to be the cashier's first day. We had a good time chit chatting about our travels on Route 66 and how we had been on the road for what felt like decades. With great service and a nice selection, this is certainly the best one-stop shop that I can think of for anything Omaha related.

And thank heavens, they haven't completely jumped on the mid-century trend as most other such places have. From chairs to rugs to cards, there's something here for anyone with good taste. (I picked up a fairly recent photography coffeetable book at a reasonable price.) There's also an adjoining women's vintage clothing store (unfortunately, nothing for guys). While the location might be a little tough to find at first, it's one to put on your radar. (And not far from NFM, so any time you're thinking of visiting them, stop by here, too.)

Especially when you can find comparable items at a thrift store. As a result some items have been there for quite some time. I love that she also carries some local artists' works. But again, overpriced for what they are. The store is quite crowded, I don't think a stroller could fit through some of the walking paths. I worry about bringing my big purse in. Overall, it's a fun place to peruse, but after many visits, I've yet to pull the trigger on buying anything.

I like stores like the Learning Express that bring in mascots of popular shows that bring kids out. The new wellness spa Valo is really well liked, and their bridal store is beautiful. Most recently I came to Regency for a pop up boutique shopping event, and then for a Yelp Blow-out event. It seems there is a lot more to come, like other mini-pop up vendors, dining, and newer stores. If you don't like the crowds of Westroads, this might be the place for you!
