Those guys really know their stuff!!!! I have been to framers all around from California to London and these guys are the BEST! This was my first time using a professional framer in years and they were so patient in explaining all of my options. I ordered a custom rush frame and they were able to have my piece ready in 3 days. He and his guys show up at my home with no ladder, asked to borrow mine which wasn't high enough to reach the top. He sends a completely different worker two days later who shows up with his girlfriend and a child. I told the owner to send the original guys and he refused, said he was losing money. I paid $250 for them to stain four posts, spill stain on my concrete and ladder. He walked off the job and refused to credit me back any money. Very unprofessional and completely unorganized.
