DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We hired PuroClean of Metro Atlanta in May 2025, recommended by our…read moreinsurance company, to rebuild our home after a fire. They promised completion within three months, but the process has been a nightmare. Our house burned down in April, we hired them in May. Work didn't begin until July despite their assurances. We paid a 50% deposit ($130,000) of the $260,000 contract in July, they do no work in house they subcontract everything out. They paid the subs $65k and refused to continue work until we paid more money. The sub crew has consisted of only 1-2 workers on-site, working sporadically for maybe 10 days total in 3 months. Neighbors have reported workers arriving for just 1-2 hours, then resting for the remainder of the day. Communication has been poor; repeated attempts to address the lack of progress and request a larger, more consistent crew have been met with excuses and delays. We trusted PuroClean due to the insurance recommendation, but their lack of professionalism, transparency, and work ethic has left us stranded with an incomplete home. The subcontractors are out at our home threatening to put a lien on it for non payment. We have also sent them several messages that they have left behind nails and debris in our backyard with our dogs causing them to injure themselves and bleed all over the place. I strongly caution others against hiring this company.

They are truly the Paramedics of property damage. We had a catastrophic leak in our bathroom and…read morethere was damage beneath a portion of the floor and in the master bath shower. Also, the water had leaked into our dining room ceiling below as well as into a decorative column and support beam. They did it all teardown, dry-out, reconstruction and painting and it looked better than new. I was very impressed by their service team they were always early to start, very efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. They handled our furniture with care as well. They also worked very well with our insurance company taking the burden off us. To top that off their pricing was very fair. I would use Omar and his team again in a heartbeat for water damage. If there was a 6th star instead of the 5, I would have checked that.

I've been using Skyline Plumbing for 10 years and have never had anything but positive experiences…read more Prices are fair, service is reliable, friendly plumbers and office workers, and they're very thorough in making sure your plumbing issue is resolved. When they identify another costly issue which may cause problems down the line, such as a partial failure in a septic field, they don't turn the appointment into an aggressive sales job, rather just offering an honest assessment of where things currently stand and the problems which could arise without action. They may not advertise on every billboard and sports field in the community like some of their competitors but, to me, relying on word of mouth for business is something only a company confident in their product or service can pull off. I highly recommend Skyline.

I received a call from the technician, on-site, to find out they were going to charge me another $400 to dig up the tank. Keep in mind the original quote was for $325. They ended up charging $450 more to dig up the lid. They were using a mini-excavator so the work was simple and there should have been a minimal up-charge, at best. The technician was very nice and easy to deal with, but the company policy for pricing that type of work is ridiculous. We've used Skyline a good bit in the past, even for drain field lines on another property but will NOT use them again. They have been bought out by a larger company and don't have reasonable prices any more. I felt over a barrel and taken advantage of to do the work. The company that bought Skyline has also bought Hamby's Septic, another once very good septic company. Buyer beware!
