The staff was professional and friendly from the front desk to the folks who took care of us. Quality of service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. My husband and I booked a couples head spa treatment at Glammdry and it was absolutely amazing!…read moreFrom start to finish, the experience was thoughtful, relaxing, and incredibly rejuvenating. The service began with a close-up look at our scalp and hair follicles under a microscope--something I'd never done before. Anna walked us through everything we were seeing and explained what was going on with our scalp health. (Mine was dry and flaky, which I suspected, but seeing it up close was eye-opening!) She then recommended specific treatments to help correct the issues. The treatment itself? Pure bliss. If you're someone who lives for that hair-washing moment at the salon, this takes it to a whole new level. We enjoyed a luxurious scalp massage, upper body and leg massage, plus a facial--all included in the service. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, and we both left feeling completely relaxed. The best part? You get to look at your scalp again afterward, and the difference was noticeable--less buildup, cleaner follicles, and a much healthier look overall. My hair feels softer and cleaner than it ever has. Truly. The price was more than reasonable for everything included. Thank you so much, Anna! We'll definitely be back--and we're already recommending this to everyone we know.

I feel like I need to balance out some of these reviews, and maybe this will get erased regardless,…read morebut the experience I had was not anything I would recommend to anyone. I won't name who it was that did my service, she was a very nice person, just not a person you'd want doing your Brazilian. I felt like communication was something I had to reiterate and at one point I looked down and saw the side that was "finished" flared up and bruised along with fine hairs that remained despite the trauma. That is actually the word I would use to describe my experience, traumatizing.

I called right away and the lady at the desk was great and made sure i got in for the time that I was attempting online. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment as I figured there would be paperwork. I was right. Just one page for information. My appointment was at 1:15 and was greeted to go back to the room about 5 min or so after that. The rooms are very clean and well kept. There is nice set up for the different procedure they do there. I ordered a couple different things. Hannah who was my cerologist was fantastic. They use a wax there that doesn't really stick to the skin. It was great cause I didnt turn red like I did before from other waxings. She was very nice and talked to me during the procedure. She made sure that I was happy with what she did. She wanted me to make sure that I told her if there was anything that I wasn't happy with. We had a few laughs as everything was getting done. I went home feeling good. It was great that everything went so smoothly so to speak. They did sell me a skin treatment to help with any skin issues after the procedure was completed. Everything looked great when I got home. I am pretty happy with the entire experience all around. The pricing was decent cause i got 50% off the most expensive procedure. Ill have to start saving up for the next time. I did get a text a day later asking for feedback. I rated them on the text but wanted to give my feedback here.

The service I received was subpar. Especially for the cost of services, I simply just expected better. I made the appointment through the website and it was accepted. I received a follow up text from Alicia asking if I could move my appointment to an earlier time which I was happy to accommodate. A few hours later, she sent another text asking to push back to a later time than originally scheduled and I declined. Upon arrival to the salon, everything was nice. Space was clean and inviting and again, Alicia was very kind and we chatted the entire time. My Brazilian however fell way below expectations. There are obvious hairs that were missed (more than a half inch) and it feels very incomplete. I still have hairs on my backside which, in my opinion, should've been cleaned up. I am Southeast Asian so I do have really thick hair. I am hairy, I'll admit it. I'm not sure if she just wasn't used to that thick of hair or what but I definitely won't be visiting again. I would have done a cleaner job waxing on my own. For the cost of services, I am extremely disappointed. Friendliness 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Service 5/10
