So much fun exploring the nooks and crannies of Kev's barnyard. A cross between an artists craft…read morefair and a flea market meets an antique shop. So many vendors in one space. Prices varied from reasonable to crazy but the amount of items for sale were mind boggling! I didn't know where to look! Really enjoyed looking around and I look forward to going back.

Pay attention to the booths as there is a way to go thru and see them all. So many different things we wound up spending close to two and a half hours walking around. Yes I had to use one of their shopping carts as we picked up quite a few items. Most booths were very reasonably priced. There are a couple that priced a little high but for the most part the prices everywhere else were low. Definitely will be back.

We got here at 12 and many vendors were beginning to shut down tables and starting to pack. I would recommend getting here before 11 to properly get your moneys worth. I would return earlier. They have food trucks and tables in the front to eat. They offer wagons to wheel items throughout the field (note: they will need to be returned prior to the parking lot). Ages 12 and under are free.

Positives were the layout pretty much made sense so you could go up and down each aisle in order. Also i like how the food was arranged around the perimeter. Tons of port a lets also! Reasonable $4 entry fee. This particular Sunday just didn't seem to have an interesting selection. But i guess thats what keeps people coming back!'

Each vendor has a cute little setup, which is nice for browsing, but the pricing? Definitely not flea market pricing. As a reseller, I'm always on the hunt for deals, and there just wasn't any room here. Most items were priced at full retail--or even higher in some cases--which kind of defeats the purpose. Yes, some of the stuff is old, used, and vintage-adjacent, but nothing rare enough to justify the markup. If you're just looking for a weekend wander or want a quirky spot to kill time, it's fine. But if you're a picker, collector, or someone who knows the value of what you're looking at... this probably isn't your gold mine. Personally, I won't be rushing back.
