The owners are such a nice couple and I would go and buy again. Got some : signature CABBAGE ROLL, MOM'S RED SAUCE (Italian sausage, meatball, pasta and the omg goodness Tomato Sauce), very similar with Goulash, and BEEF & NOODLES (the noodles is homemade, you could tell from the asymmetrical shapes and sizes). I ordered four tacos intending to share with a friend, and they came with a small container of salsa verde, two lime wedges, and a larger styrofoam tub of extra dipping sauce. The price was very reasonable for a food truck, and the food smelled and looked delicious. These tacos contain a lot of melted cheese, as well as well seasoned and perfectly cooked shredded pork. The spice level was what I'd call noticeable and built over time. Next time I'm in the area I'll have to try some of their other offerings.
