They are constantly making upgrades and coming up with new offerings to foster community and professional growth. The space itself is beautifully designed for a peaceful, cozy, and inspiring environment. My clients frequently make mention of how nice it is and I can tell it has an impact on their experience. Logistically, I have a hybrid virtual and in-person practice and paying for real estate would be my biggest overhead cost. I didn't want to sign a rental agreement that wouldn't fit my situation or have the flexibility that I need. It's also a fantastic option for folks who are just starting their practice or who have a part time practice. At Be Well, I can increase or decrease the amount of time I use, and it isn't restricted to certain days of the week if my or my clients' schedules change. It really is the best of all worlds - I get office space with a luxury feel, flexibility in scheduling, fair pricing, and networking and community events with my colleagues. This was definitely one of the best investments I made for my practice.

Snake tongued, lying salesmen here at Regus. If you insist on doing business here for your virtual…read moreoffice, make sure to have the salesman show you exactly where every claimed included benefit is in your contract. They will claim that certain perks are included in the base rent fee, when they are in fact not. Trust nothing they say, and if they can't point to it in the contract before you sign, definitely realize that your salesman is simply saying whatever they need to in order to make the sale. We made the mistake of trusting the word of our salesman - don't be foolish like we were.

I signed a service agreement on in mid March. At that meeting, I was asked if I wanted a dedicated…read moreoffice line. I said yes, as I would be running my business there full-time. I emailed about the phone line as I wanted to create marketing materials to give to my current clients as well as prospective. I was assigned a phone number on 3/16, and told that the actual phone would be installed around the 1st of April. I also communicated with someone from IT, to whom I told that my only tech need would be a desk phone. When I asked staff about the phone after moving in on April 9th, I was told a "ticket would be put in to request a phone." Huh? What makes this most damaging is that I invested in marketing materials that I dispersed to both old and potential clients. I was informed by several of my clients that the number on the material is to a phishing scam. It goes to a recording "press one to continue this call in English, " then, "receive a $100 retail voucher for making this call." I have reached out to the CEO regarding my concerns...CRICKETS! No one seems to be concerned about how their unprofessionalism is impacting my business. There is no follow up, just shrugs and, "I don't know why it's taking so long." I am actively looking for another location.

When I first moved my business to Newbold Exchange I was excited to find an affordable co-working…read morespace outside of center city that offered the same amenities and services as center city peers but was independent. Our move jn experience was great and our experience great for a while- Then property management was transferred to Regus/IWG. We were not notified of the transfer until after the fact, the management transition was a disaster, and Regus is incompetent and difficult to deal with. For 9 months Regus has produced incorrect invoices, lost record of payments, added late fees to payments they lost, and refuse to recognize bank records as valid proof of payment. They lay the blame on the former management and current tenants for their internal issues and expect the tenants to provide proof of everything. Since the new year the dedicated desk area has suddenly cleared out of users by at least half. Many complain of the same issues my business has experienced with Regus and found it easier to go elsewhere than deal with their errors and incompetence. If I was looking for a Coworking space now, I'd ignore Newbold Exchange, Regus/IWG has always been difficult to deal with in past experiences and have only gotten worse.

This is not the same place anymore, it got acquired and is now run by Regus. The $30 Virtual Office…read moreis now $84.60 monthly plus a measly $54.58 setup fee... It's called Virtual Mail plus but still you need to do all the paperwork yourself. I'm not sure what justifies this price tag. Guess good for anyone who grandfathered into their old prices cause the location is great.

We rented an outdoor space by the water, and the setting was absolutely beautiful--peaceful, scenic, and perfect for such a memorable occasion. From start to finish, the service was excellent and seamless. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free, which made a big difference on such an important day. A special thank you to Lisa, the Sales and Event Coordinator, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was handled with care and professionalism, and her support truly helped bring everything together perfectly. The rest of the team working alongside her were also very kind and professional, contributing to such a welcoming and well-coordinated experience. In addition, the food and wine were excellent--everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, which added even more to the overall experience. I highly recommend Bohemia Manor Farm to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with outstanding service. It was an unforgettable experience that we will always cherish.

The occasion was to celebrate a friend's bday and on the weekend that I chose to visit, the winery was hosting a Sip and Shop; I bought tickets for this event and also made reservations for lunch. The drive here was smooth, it took a little more than an hour but I stopped to pick up my friend from DE on the way. When we arrived, someone was directing the flow of traffic in the parking lot, we then stood in line to complete our check in and then grabbed our first glass of wine, which we sipped while browsing the vendors; there were more than I could count - selling jewelry, sweets, candles and other unique and some customizable gifts. After we finished browsing, it was time for our reservation. We were seated at a table by a full length windows which had a beautiful view of an outdoor patio with a view of the Bohemia River - lovely... We ordered our drinks and apps which didn't take too long - we shared the apps, which were Brussel sprouts salad and Brie Bites; both were delicious (we did ask for more dressing for the salad but the flavor was good overall). For our entrees we ordered salmon and Chicken Bruschetta - all was delicious and cooked to perfection with great flavor. Last, dessert, which was a small cake for my girlfriend, whose bday we were celebrating - I think it was Bourbon vanilla - it was absolutely yummy. We all had a very enjoyable experience from start to finish and are planning to return when the temperatures warm up so that we can spend more time enjoying the beautiful, serene surroundings. Also, the service was great, bathrooms were clean and this place has a lot of character... Don't delay, visit!
