It arrived early at 1:45 PM but was in terrible condition. The berries had fallen off the top, the frosting was damaged and ripped open on one side, and overall, the cake looked like a mess. I received a credit for this order as well, but the experience was very disappointing. I know Whole Foods in Glastonbury can deliver these cakes in excellent condition--I received one last July, and it was perfect. This time, the cake arrived in a flimsy box, which may have contributed to the damage. I appreciate the credits issued, but the quality and reliability of this order were far below expectations. I hope packaging and handling are improved going forward.
