Tony's unique combination of needling and muscular release, and the simple strengthening home exercise routine he gave me, created an experience was greater than the sum of its parts. Tony not only improved the functioning of the joint, but recommended simple but effective lifestyle changes (making my workspace more ergonomic for example). I came back to this facility because they had an awesome dry needling therapist back in 2021 that helped me out. I transferred from sandy plains to vinings due to location and kristen was rude, condescending and "biased" from the moment I walked in. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager when I asked for the customer service number she said they didn't have one when I told her the scheduling line recommended her so why is she so mean she said she never even heard of the person I was speaking of and threatened me to leave and watch my tone and i wasn't even raising my voice. The funny thing is all the employees in the facility who "looke like me" didn't even speak up which says a lot about ethics so I am going to post it on here to warn others that if this facility is still being managed by her and you aren't a senior or ...well.. then beware. And the scheduling liason is whack because they don't actually know the PT's they just see calendars ..RESEARCH
