Yes, they offered to reschedule same day but people work and have other commitments, that's the whole point of scheduling in advance. No apology was given for the inconvenience. I was a little scared of dry needling at first, but it's virtually painless! I felt relief the very next day, if not later that day after our first session. Huge difference! It was incredible. I scheduled another session a few weeks later and she added electrical impulses, which worked well for my problem area. Dr. Charlotte also gave me exercises and stretches to do and said I can see her for dry needling as needed and I haven't had a need to. It's been over a month since my last session and the pain and discomfort is very minimal. The facility is nice and clean. The treatment area is open and bright. There's a private room for dry needling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again, as my problem is something that probably won't go away completely for a while.
