I sent my daughter to the Fairhope location and she wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all. The owners were working. When she asked for assistance, they didn't redeem themselves. What a shame. I've always had a great experience at Objects in Daphne. Haley is just the best! I am happy to support local, unless this is the type of customer service given going forward. I'd rather order what they sell online or purchase it from another store if this is the way they continue to treat customers.

I ordered an Edible Arrangements with a delivery date of Dec. 22 to be delivered to a home address in Daphne, and it was supposed to be a Christmas present. The website automatically added the local Daphne Edible Arrangements store to fulfill and deliver the order. The night of Dec. 22, we found out that the person never received the order. Dec. 23, I noticed that the order was still showing its status as "order confirmed." I tried calling the Edible Arrangements store in Daphne as directed by the order confirmation, and no one answered. I was placed on hold and then forced to leave a message. I never received a call back message, but in investigating online, I noticed that both Facebook and Google list the store as permanently closed. Why would Edible Arrangements have a permanently closed store set to fulfill the order? I have tried calling the local and corporate numbers multiple times only to be forced to leave a message. I have also sent emails to them as well to cancel the order and provide a refund, and I wanted to let them know that this store is apparently no longer fulfilling people's orders. I have not received a response from that either. It is now Dec. 27th. I went ahead and reported the charge to PayPal as a "did not receive order" issue, and they have processed the refund for me on their end. Glad I used Paypal to place my order. If you are trying to have an Edible Arrangements delivered to someone in Daphne, BEWARE. They probably won't receive it since the location is closed, and Edible Arrangements apparently hasn't updated this on their end.

She said she would double check and be back, I then proceeded to checkout, and the two girls cashiering today called her names and claimed she'd come back with a photoshopped image to try and save a buck. Gee, what a privilege to view 40% off of a $15 candle as $1. Anyways, I checkout, then go back to where the candles are, and here's my UN-PHOTOSHOPPED image attached. Sufficed to say the staff are ill-informed, unskilled in basic percentages, but more importantly just arrogant in this instance. Here's to hoping that this changes in the future
