When I walked in, I wasn't sure where to go but she greeted me right away and explained the process. It was such a wonderful experience! I'm thoroughly impressed with Gianna and I'll be back! It is such a good feeling when you are in a group class setting and you can tell the instructors really care about your form and well-being. All the classes are great but I especially love Vanessa's classes and always try to sneak out of work to do her afternoon classes when I can! I love that all the classes I have taken here have a perfect balance of working your whole body with stretching in between. They also play great music which keeps it fun and motivating! After having a baby I was nervous to get back into a workout routine and I am so glad that I found this studio! This is an infrared hot yoga not your normal heat fan blowing on you. I like that I can earn the burn at convenient times and I don't have to workout for hours and hours to burn the same amount of calories as a HOTWORX session! AWESOME staff, the owner Kelly is very nice and knowledgeable and super cute gear! You get such a great workout in a short amount of time. I have tried hot yoga and hot Pilates. They also have hot core and HIIT. HOTWORX is a fabulous concept. It combines efficient workouts with the benefits of infrared energy and heat. I've been doing hot yoga for over 10 years and love it, but it can be time consuming and offered at times that don't work with my schedule. The facility is super clean. They have a wide variety of workouts which I love and the heat feels amazing! There is no better work out in such a short amount of time. We were instructed by Carly and she was very welcoming and enthusiastic to have new attendees. She seems very passionate about this. For the workout itself, it was extremely invigorating and while difficult, it was nice to be pushing my body in a way that I never have before. I admire those who attend regularly. During the session, Carly was complimentary to each of the attendees, which was motivating. Highly recommend, but know you're in for something physically demanding!
