The pita itself was very good, but it could have used some greens, as it was only chicken and some peppers. There was a sufficient amount of rice, but it was not good and lacked flavour. The Greek salad was OK and mediocre, definitely not the best I've tasted. (Keep in mind that this is a small town and I'm relatively spoiled by living in Vancouver with a bigger food scene). The price was also pretty steep - $23 for the pita wrap. Take out service was good, nice and friendly. Overall, experience leans towards underwhelming, though I would come back here to try something else on the menu.

Outgoing, friendly and very good at what she did. Even took the time to make sure K's veggies were cooked on the more well done side that she prefers. Kudos to the kitchen also, for making it happen, small details matter. Her steak was cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes very nice. My Beet salad was very well made although I prefer my beets to be a little more al dente. The blackened chicken was good, if perhaps a little over. I believe they use a seasoned breast, which is not my favourite. Our beverages were nicely made, that said wine is difficult to mess up, but a good martini is not easy. The decor is typical Moxies, they are all pretty much the same. That said familiarity is often comforting, and we certainly felt that way. We will be back for sure.

I went up and asked if he could play some rock in roll, he did not even acknowledge me. I thought a DJ was to play to the crowd, love all genres. He did play one rock in roll song and the dance floor filled up, one would think he would take that clue, nope, he went right back to techno and once again the dance floor was empty and he did not care. The final straw for us was when my girl friend went up to request a song and the DJ told her to F$#k off. I well be going the Whistle Stop in Courtenay going forward if i want to dance.
