I went in with an open mind because my hair was aging by the minute! I haven't been in a salon in several years due to Covid (my stylist came to my house!) , so I really forgot how lovely they are. I was offered water several times- even a latte! The salon is inviting and your stylist will wear a mask if you request it. It's all about comfort here! Suzanna and I chatted for a few minutes before she worked her magic on my 85 year old completely gray hair and brought my roots back to life by perfectly matching my 25 year old blonde head of hair! I'm SUPER proud of Suzanna, she's now opened her new lil Studio in San Marcos and we are more than happy to support her on her new adventure. The reason I'm giving Che Bangs 1 star is because of how I was falsely given information about her availability by the actual Owner of the establishment, very disappointing as I also found out from other clients I referred to her where also having the same issue. From the moment I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and completely taken care of. I have seen her for Dysport and RF Microneedling (twice). She explains everything clearly, answers every question, gives you clear written after care instructions and you can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. I trust her completely with my skin, I love my results afterwards and just highly recommend Katie. I also want to add an additional note about the sweet girls who also do my check-in/out.
