I really needed some flowers to just make some peoples days. I ended up having to go to Publix since they had a lot more prepared flowers at a fraction of a cost. The lady told me they usually have a few things in stock on the daily basis which doesn't make sense to me if you're going to be besides a hospital. Idk, just my 2 cents. read more

Thank you Megan for being such a great sales person, you were very helpful. Meagan went above and beyond. And she was sooo friendly.

My grandmother was admitted to the hospital yesterday and was told she would need to stay for a night or two. After several attempts to call the gift shop at Onslow Memorial with no answer, I finally gave up and reached out to the Flower Shoppe at about 5p (they close at 6p). I placed an order and they had it brought over to her room within the HOUR! Not only did they turn out beautiful, they called me after to let me know she had received them, and that she was in great spirits. Thanks so much for such caring and speedy service Flower Shoppe! read more

Walked in and wasn't greeted by TWO employees. I called out "Hello?" No answer. I walked to the counter and said, "I have a question. I have a personalized vase I would like to have made into an arrangement. How does that work?" One woman didn't look up. The other shrugged and (facing away from me) said "Just pick something out." Nope. There's other shops. If something went wrong there would be ZERO accountability. I second others who say they lack basic customer service. read more

I started going to The Flower Shoppe a few months ago to get floral arrangements for my father's grave and have been back at least once a week since . The people in here are always very kind and considerate and take the time to make whatever arrangement I choose very beautiful and do not attempt to charge outrageous prices. read more

I absolutely love this shop! I've bought from here numerous times and am never disappointed. They have super cute arrangements at a decent price & they have always been delivered on time. I've also gotten some cute stuff for Christmas at this shop as well that I always get compliments on. I will definitely continue using them in the future. read more

Be carful of this place when you order online, the pictures of the bouquets on the web sight doesn't match the so called formula they use so you will be getting less flowers then what you see on the web site. If you order online I recommend that you tell them exactly what you want in your bouquet to ensure that you get what you pay for. Their site is deceiving,be carful. read more

I have used this florist on several occasions and always had a good experience I just got off the phone with "Manager" I gave her a large order and her reaction is "Oh God!" The tone of the whole experience was that she just did not want to be bothered. I guess they just don't need the business? She needs lessons on phone courtesy and basic manners. read more

We ordered 4 different arrangements for a family members funeral. They were patient and knowledgeable during the selection process and had no issues with less than 24 hour notice. The arrangements were beautiful and all of the extras were accurate. We will definitely use their services again. read more

I ordered the "It's a boy" wagon bouquet for my daughter who just gave birth to her first child. My order was delivered the same day I ordered it. Everything was perfect except that the wagon did not have the it's a boy sticker on the side of the wagon. I called the Flower Shoppe to report that I was disappointed in what was delivered due to the sticker missing. Bouquet was beautiful but really wanted the wagon to say it's a boy. The lady who answered the phone apologized and said that they would get my order fixed and deliver the same day. Very shortly, a beautiful new arrangement was at my daughters door with "It's a Boy!" On the wagon. The new arrangement was even more beautiful due to colors my daughter favored. The delivery gentleman said to keep the first delivery. Now we have two beautiful wagon bouquets to celebrate the birth of my grandson! I will definitely use and recommend The Flower Shoppe. read more

First time and my last time using this florist. Ordered online which wasn't the problem but the problem was the order was incomplete when it arrived. I called and said I was missing something on my order. It seemed to be an oh well attitude when it came to the issue. Then person who answered said I guess we'll refund what wasn't delivered. Uh yes! Now that was almost 5 days ago. read more

I ordered a sympathy plant from Arizona to be delivered in the evening for the following day in Jacksonville. Spoke with a very nice young lady by the name of FELICITY whom assured me the delivery would take place at the end of the day due to the grieved family members traveling from another state and they wouldn't be home until the evening. Upon my telephone inquiry on the delivery status at approximately 3:45pm, I spoke with a VERY RUDE man whom said he was the owner. He informed me that the delivery took place at 10AM!!!! to an empty dwelling! I was totally shocked and disappointment as Felicity had assured me (with delivery person in background) of a late evening delivery. The OWNER'S response was 'OH WELL, MA'AM, WE CAN'T TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME". He then went on to say "I DON'T GUARANTEE TIMES" - He was extremely rude, dismissive and showed no interest in the customer's needs or my dissatisfaction. NOT ONCE DID HE APOLOGIZE. Again, this was a SYMPATHY issue for a death in the family and he could of cared less. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IS BELOW 0. I wish there was a negative star to use. I will seek out another local florist with a better reputation for caring for their customers. My money will be spent where it is respected. FELICITY, I hope you find a nicer employer as you are too sweet to be used as the "front man" to such a rude business owner. read more
