When I called at 2:26 PM to ask why the order was cancelled, I was told, very matter-of-factly, "We don't have balloons." What made this even more frustrating is that I'm out of state, and this $169.00 flower order (which included added items and a tip) was meant to honor a father figure--someone who has mentored many young adults and lost a daughter years ago. This delivery was meant to show care and remembrance. I would have waited all day, completely unaware the flowers would've never been delivered if I hadn't randomly checked my email.
