Of course, the arrangement was beautiful but it was her extra effort that made me a returning customer. I ordered a "mixed arrangement" by phone (occasion: mom's birthday) to be delivered the next day. I asked for it to be colorful and when my mom texted me a picture of the arrangement it had: Lillie's, roses, carnations, sunflower-y things, something similar to blue delphinium and other things I don't know the names of.
