We used Glenda for both of my grandparents funerals a few years ago. When one funeral was delayed,…read moreshe went out of her way to check on the flowers to make sure they were still going to look perfect for the ceremony. Of course, the arrangement was beautiful but it was her extra effort that made me a returning customer. I ordered a "mixed arrangement" by phone (occasion: mom's birthday) to be delivered the next day. I asked for it to be colorful and when my mom texted me a picture of the arrangement it had: Lillie's, roses, carnations, sunflower-y things, something similar to blue delphinium and other things I don't know the names of. Ordering was easy, talking to Glenda was a pleasure and I couldn't be happier with the result.

First off I want to say I have not contacted this business to voice my concerns with the way my…read moreflowers arrived, because based on the previous reviews of their customer service there was no point. I just want to let others know to be cautious before you drop a chunk of change on the Teleflora website and you end up with dried out roses on Valentines Day. The bouquet of flowers arrived in time and was left on the porch where it was immediately placed inside our home. I wanted to cry when I saw that most of the red roses had dried out petals on the top and sides liked they'd either had something sitting on top of them or they were old or something. Some of the other pink/white looking roses were already starting to sag open like they were old. The greenery was beautiful and fresh. The vase was filled with cold water so I'm not really sure what happened to the roses. The roses lasted only a few days before I tossed them out. I've had a better experience with the Walmart or Lowe's Foods bouquets so I told my husband to stick them from now on.
