They stock everything from swimsuits and beach chairs to boogie boards and all sorts of beach-themed novelties. Not to mention all the t-shirts and hoodies. On this day I got a hoodie with a free Emerald Isle iron-on. There isn't much this doesn't carry and it's very close to one of our favorite eating establishments. A win-win all around!

There's a vending machine that you can purchase some dry kernels of some sort and throw them to the turtles. It's so cute to see the turtles compete for the kernels. When the kernels land in the water, the minnows rush to them and suck on them until a turtle gobbles them up. The cutest of them all are the baby turtles, seeing them getting all excited for a kernel. But, damn, these pigeons/gulls swooping down for the kernels. *shoo, shoo*
