My sister from California sent me the most beautiful balloons on my 66th Birthday, I was pleasantly surprised I never even heard of Occasions to Celebrate, They were so big and colorful, the man that delivered them was so Professional he took his time taking them out the plastic bag before handing them to my husband and even told me Happy Birthday. I had a friend that Turned 40 a few days after mine so I had the same idea to send her a big 40 to her job for her Birthday, I called them up and talked to Dawn she was so polite and helpful, I told her my sister had sent me balloons for my birthday so I wanted to do the same for my friend she was helpful with the colors and everything and made great suggestions to add smaller balloons, she even sent me a picture after they were ready to be delivered....I had never even heard of Occasions to Celebrate so I will definitely use them for flowers ect....I have always used one florist that I know of now I have a different option. read more
