I had a friend that Turned 40 a few days after mine so I had the same idea to send her a big 40 to her job for her Birthday, I called them up and talked to Dawn she was so polite and helpful, I told her my sister had sent me balloons for my birthday so I wanted to do the same for my friend she was helpful with the colors and everything and made great suggestions to add smaller balloons, she even sent me a picture after they were ready to be delivered....I had never even heard of Occasions to Celebrate so I will definitely use them for flowers ect....I have always used one florist that I know of now I have a different option.

Do Not Order From Them!! I ordered a flower kit with…read moreeucalyptus in it based off the picture gallery that says "you can make these". The eucalyptus received was brown and dead, beyond repair. At first, I was advised to put them in water- even though anyone who has experience would know that wouldn't work. They refused to refund me the full amount of my purchase, they only wanted to refund me what they valued the eucalyptus at. I purchased a kit and expected to have bouquets matching the pictures they promised. Trying to fix their mistake was the most stressful part of getting ready the day before my wedding. They never should have sent them, they must have been foul when they mailed them out the day before. By comparison- other flowers that were purchased from a farm for the tables lasted 2 weeks.
