I just tried to call them during business hours today to see if I could have the pieces shipped to me. The number specifically for the ponies took me to a Spanish speaking shop that hung up on me as soon as they heard me speak English and before I could explain that I spoke Spanish as well. THEN I called the gallery directly and was told RUDELY that I needed to call a different 800 number, but when I told him that I knew which pieces I wanted to purchase, he simply told me that it would be $35 dollars for shipping and was hung up on again. I am aware that they are a frame shop, but I was trying to give them money. DO NOT do business with them. They are extremely rude. I framed fine art for 14 years, and they should be so lucky as to have me cross their threshold. Never again!!!

Took Pfaff 7570 to authorized dealer, to have the bobbin basket, finger, fixed. (It had been fully…read moreserviced by a national Pfaff Center w/ only had a few hours of use on it (health issues). This option offered, not having to mail it in to PA. Aug4,2023. Debbie Tyer owner stated 7-8 weeks. She kept asking if I would I want to upgrade it. (Told her No, 1) Sentmental reasons, 2) along with expense. 3) It was the last model of pfaff made company was sold to another company.) She calls, 8/14 about trading the machine. I appeased her and said I would look. A few weeks later asked if I paid extra could get it back sooner. She calls saying "computer board slipage" the board was going out & would soon not be able to sew as bottom thread would fail, and could not guarentee it. (Suspect- computer boards work or they dont- no slippage that is mechanical) But was ready, because if hurricane ideilsa could not pick up until 9/1 - got it back, she had worked on many things, I had not asked for & was working. $277. Tried as I could not until 9/10 when failed immediately. Found a 45y tech via my Quilt Guild- took it in, got it back 9/22 - major tampering was obvious. The tech knew the pryer mechanic in PA. And was so floored with the types of tinkering, he told my friend at the Quilt Shop where he picks up machines from... $234 repairs. I filed complaint w/BBB for resolution. Buyer Be Aware.
