The number specifically for the ponies took me to a Spanish speaking shop that hung up on me as soon as they heard me speak English and before I could explain that I spoke Spanish as well. THEN I called the gallery directly and was told RUDELY that I needed to call a different 800 number, but when I told him that I knew which pieces I wanted to purchase, he simply told me that it would be $35 dollars for shipping and was hung up on again. I am aware that they are a frame shop, but I was trying to give them money. DO NOT do business with them. They are extremely rude. I framed fine art for 14 years, and they should be so lucky as to have me cross their threshold. Never again!!!

I myself am a photographer/framer and have done most of my own framing work but since moving here have neither the equipment nor the necessary workspace. And even if I did, I think I'd still use Pic for more expensive, intricate, delicate or special pieces. I rely heavily on their expertise and it is a rare pleasure to work with them. They have given me excellent recommendations and offer suggestions in a way that is without any of the intimidation I've sometimes experienced in other frame shops. Prices are equivalent to other non-corporate frame shops and sure beat the prices in Boston!
