His family remained to browse and apologized to the sales clerk for how rude their father/husband was when she was so friendly and did not do anything wrong. I worked in retail many years ago, and for one know you cannot simply lock a door to close. You have to count change, restock, clean, etc. You're not able to do this with customers still browsing. I've been coming to DeeGee's since it was across the street at Ruddy Duck's. They have an excellent selection of books and gifts. I have ALWAYS found the staff so friendly and helpful.
