Further investigation revealed that Mr. Panos' General Contracting License for jobs over $30,000 was suspended as of May 31, 2022 - the very day he signed a contract with us. Since July 2022, Mr. Panos has unpaid judgments in Onslow & Carteret Counties totaling $233,900.00. DO NOT HIRE HIM TO DO WORK FOR YOU REGARDLESS OF WHAT SOMEONE TELLS YOU ABOUT HIS WORK. This project was a major remodel of condo unit at Emerald Isle. Mr. Panos estimated project to take 30-45 days. Once installment payment(s) were made, Mr. Panos became more difficult and eventually impossible to contact. All the lies and excuses surfaced.
