Stopped by this cutie little spot I found on Instagram and wasn't disappointed in the coffee or the service! They had some fun fall flavors so really want to go back for their holiday ones!! Wish they were closer!

Cutest coffee mobile

The cutest coffee mobile around! Not only is the setup absolutely charming, but the coffee is top-notch. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every sip--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. The recommendation was on point, and the service was warm, friendly, and fast. A delightful experience all around--a must-visit for any coffee lover!

The coffee was DELICIOUS. The owner/barista, Miranda, was so sweet and helpful. The shop is a cute little coffee truck with a great selection of drinks, but no food. I will definitely be returning!

Tried the iced oatmilk shaken espresso. It was perfect and served with the sweetest smile. Exactly what I wanted. Definitely worth stopping by!

Our new favorite stop! Me and my boyfriend have been stopping by to get this yummy local coffee and tacos that are around the other corner. Expect the wait to be a bit longer than you may think since it's one person making orders, but tell them thank you & keep coming here! It's a great little place & great coffee menu.

We caught up with Fire in the Hole Wood-Fired Pizza at Keller Summer Nights last Thursday…read more(6/25/2015). I have to admit, I was skeptical. Can you really do a solid pizza, wood-fired, from a mobile brick oven? Well the unequivocal answer to that is a resounding YES! The crust was soft, yet crispy, with those trademark scorch marks (bubbles). Delicious. Price was reasonable too, about $10. I'll definitely be watching their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fire-in-the-Hole-Wood-Fired-Pizza/353296921364845) for future appearances. Oh, credit cards accepted too!

Fire In the Hole happened to be at my work one day, so I had an opportunity to finally try them…read more I enjoyed the basic pepperoni and mushroom pizza, but it was nothing to write home about. Crust was fresh, portions were large, and price was average for a 'food truck' (technically not a truck). Would I eat it again if it was easily available/only choice? Yes. Would I go out of my way to get it? No. A decent handful of coworkers complained that the crust was too salty though. The veggie pizza had some peculiar toppings as well like snow peas. I have no problem with trying it, but many people were not okay with it. They weren't informed before ordering what would be included, vocally or through the menu. Admittedly they should've asked, but how often do you get a veggie pizza with snow peas? Side concern, they had their children working. I'm talking young children. I get the whole family business deal, but it was mid-day on a Friday/school day. I'm going to go ahead and hope that they are homeschooled.

Amazing!! Just discovered this hidden gem…read more Super friendly and welcoming staff. Order was prepared fresh while I waited. Wait wasn't very long at all. Tacos were some of the best tacos ever. Had a 15 minute drive home. Food was packaged for travel and held temp. Highly recommend and will definitely be back often!!

Since then I've ordered another 5 times because I will literally crave this burrito. Sometimes when they are closed, and the craving will NOT go away until I order it at the next opportunity. I've gotten the bistec burrito each time. Things are always more expensive on delivery platforms, but I find this completely worth $12. Not sure of the exact cost if you go to the food truck in person. I am one of those people that loves to try new things each time, or at least one new thing each time to make my way through the menu. So the fact that I've ordered the exact same thing each time tells me there is most likely crack in this burrito. No other possible explanation. I don't care- it's delicious!!! I've had the occasional hard or fatty piece of meat, but it's rare and would be in a bite or two, not the entire burrito. The burrito is big and chock full of ingredients. Even when I am starving it will last me at least 2 full meals. It's well seasoned and hearty each time, super comforting and satisfying. They have other things on the menu, things I typically love to try: tortas, gorditas, tacos, quesadillas, menudo. I'm sure their entire menu is excellent! However, I fear I will never know as this burrito's hold on me is too strong! I can't really afford an addiction right now, but I still recommend you check this place out! Don't go snitching to the cops!

On this morning, quite a few two-tops were available. Fortunately, there was no need to sit by the bar as those stools had no backs. I ordered the Classic Breakfast. The buttermilk pancakes, of which I barely finished half, were very delicious. The sausage patties were equally delightful. The same could not be said of the syrup which congealed as it poured. Although the fried eggs had a pleasant taste, I failed to be more precise on how they were to be cooked as the yolk was liquified. When I ordered the Holiday Brew drip coffee, I wished the cashier had suggested the Bottomless Drip. As I usually drink more than a single cup, I could have saved some money. Regardless, the coffee had a very pleasant taste. When gratuity was requested, it would have been very beneficial to know for what I was tipping? When I ordered off the breakfast menu, the price was not for the raw ingredients but the cost of it being made. The same with ordering drip coffee. When I saw the silverware by the cream and coffee sweetener, I expected to grab my own utensils. As it was my initial visit, the sign to bus my own table was totally unexpected. It definitely explained why there were a lot of crumbs on the table. Since the sign was near the back, it would have been easily missed if I had not visited the restroom.
