    I paid $78.79 for this. And it was delivered at 7:30pm on Mother's Day.

    As I live across the country from my mother, I wanted to do something nice for her, so I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. I placed my order online on Tuesday (for Sunday delivery). I paid $60 for the upgraded Sunlit Blooms, which the website lists as consisting of yellow roses, light pink Peruvian lilies, white mini carnations, and white daisies. Then, I paid an additional $15 service fee for the delivery. Well... the flowers arrived at 7:30pm on Sunday, and the blooms did not contain any lilies and pink carnations instead of white ones. The bouquet was also the small and likely not the upgraded size I ordered. I called the shop owner and said "I think I received the wrong bouquet". To which she replied "Well, that is entirely possible.... if you placed your order yesterday." I told her that I placed my order on Tuesday and the bouquet did not contain any lilies and the wrong color carnations. The flowers arrived extremely late." She then replied "well, we ran out of lilies"..... So why didn't you call me?! I asked. Her reply" I had over a hundred orders,. I can't call everyone!... You are making a big deal out of nothing" ... AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Additionally, my mother told me that the water in the vase was warm, likely because the florist had been driving around all day attempting to make deliveries. The woman also told my mother that she attempted delivery twice that day, buy did not have her telephone number... It was clearly on the order, in my delivery instructions, and on the card that came with the flowers! I am going to work with my credit card company to get a refund.

    This was the Lavender Elegance- supposed to have lavender and cream.

    I'm sad about having to write a poor review because there is often more to the story- and maybe it is just one bad day. But I'm really disappointed in not only what was delivered but the customer service. If you look in the picture below as to what was ordered vs what is "Lavender Elegance" (http://www.sarasotaflowerplace.com/lavender-elegance-by-real-simple-/176966l/) you can see that, although nice, it does not fit the description. Lavender and cream is what dominates in both the description and the website picture- and that is why it was chosen. But in reality no lavender or cream. And it was delivered a day late- missing the day of the event. I emailed twice and didn't get a response. I then called and it was obvious that the call was a bother. No empathy or concern in tone for the flowers not matching the description. And as far as being a day late, instead of being empathetic was notified that it's Spring Break now and deliveries are tough. I asked that due to the difference in what was received and it being late that I would like a partial refund of the cost of flowers and service charge (total was $124). She told me she doesn't think she can do that. At that point, I decided that they must need the money more than I do, and I'll just go elsewhere.

    Was way overcharged wasn't informed using door dash to deliver and charged me I think a bouquet of flowers abot 10 flowers for $49 should include free delivery plus when flowers arrived petals were falling off no pleased will never order there again

    It really isn't an ugly bouquet, but for $80 and all the trouble I had to go through, it wasn't worth it.

    I'm giving one star because it was simply a terrible experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered Mother's Day flowers. My total was like $80 with delivery. And yes I'm writing this a little late, I completely forgot to come review this place. I usually order from BENEVA FLOWERS but I waited too long and they were full on delivery. So I chose this website bc I was stupid and didnt look at their reviews first. I placed my order to have it delivered Sunday. It never arrived. I called the business millions of times, she NEVER picked up. I panicked because I really hated the thought of someone just stealing $80. I'm a student and I don't make much, I also really wanted my mom to feel special since I wasn't physically there. Since this lady didn't pick up the phone, I called my moms friend to go to the actual place and say something to her. She stated that they tried to deliver twice. SAME bullshit excuse she gives to everyone. After a long day of trying to get her to deliver, they finally arrived MONDAY EVENING. Really have seen prettier bouquets at publix for $9-$13.

    Pretty but definitely not the size or majority of flowers as pictured in arrangement on their website.

    Sad to say my order was filled incorrectly and when given the chance to redeliver the next day, couldn't do that by 3 pm either.
