Then one day I received a little padded manila envelope in the mail. Inside was a disc labeled "Silvia's Flower Corner." I was mesmerized to see the beautiful, magical creations before me. Some of the flowers I had never even seen before. I knew she had to do our flowers. I live in Chicago so had to communicate most of our ideas over the phone, but a few months before the wedding we went to Florida to meet with our vendors. She was operating out of Ginny and Jane E's at the time, which is a cute little antique store and cafe. It was so fun to sit down and brainstorm. She just wanted to know what kind of flowers "turn us on." We didn't have any wedding "colors" per se, but I told her every spring I am so happy when the stores in our neighborhood start carrying ranunculus. She flipped! She said that would not be a problem. Before I knew it, she's pulling all these crazy flowers out of the back, 'Do you like this? How about this?' I had complete faith in her from day one. Is it cheap? No. Should it be? Absolutely not. They were the most beautiful wedding flowers I've ever seen. When I saw my bouquet that morning, I straight up cried. Perfect pink ranunculus and calla lilies, bright green orchids, adorable button mums. And everyone loved the whimsical centerpieces. I was lucky enough to have parents that took care of my wedding costs, and to this day my mom says Silvia was worth every penny.

I have used Tropical Interiors in the past, but not sure we will moving forward...... We placed an order for the "Everything's Beachy" Arrangement & it is showed with the vase filled with shells and shells throughout the arrangement. The arrangement looks bright & beautiful online and we are VERY disappointed with what was received!! The vase has sand at the bottom with just a few shells in it- it looks like a filthy fish tank. No shells throughout the top of the arrangement & some of the flowers are wilted and dying (Delivery was today). Extremely disa in this order- DO BETTER!!!
