Made a phone call from Connecticut, putting in a request for a bouquet for a loved one. The gentleman answering the phone took down all of my request for her favorite flower the stargazer lily as she is in a hospital. A bit disappointed, I drove over 30 minutes to this business as it has some solid reviews. Upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful in helping me select an arrangement that fit my price point and color selections. I prepaid for the flowers and they said it would be ~15/20 minutes to organize the arrangement, no problem. However, here is where the disappointment comes, I don't know much about flowers but once I got home my wife noted that half of the arrangement was dead... not the roses, but the other colorful ones were already wilted. For $100 you'd think that the flowers would be fresh and vibrant. I think that will be the first and last time I get flowers from here. At least at Publix I know the flowers will be dead, but it only costs $35 read more

I couldn't give more compliments to this florist. My husband ordered a very, very large Christmas potted bouquet for Christmas. We do that every year and he took a and when he picked it up, it didn't look like a Christmas arrangement at all. It just like a regular flower arrangement so I called and said oh my gosh, I'm very upset. This doesn't look like Christmas at all. I believe my husband may have miscommunicated something to them, but he did in photos anyway long story short they took it back re-created the entire arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful and I appreciate that so much they did it without any hesitation, they were amazing to deal with read more

I ordered a beautiful arrangement 2 weeks early to be delivered to my friend for her bday. The shop didn't see the date so they sent it on the day it was ordered. When she received it she called the shop to tell them that it was 2 weeks early and asked them to come back and get them. I placed an order for my mom's birthday. I live all the way in Los Angeles and was unable to make it to Florida for her birthday, so I wanted to send her flowers. The initial consultation was great, they worked with our budget and our vision for our wedding. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I was envisioning for my special day. The communication was minimal and not the best. My wedding coordinator attempted to reach out to them multiple times in the final weeks leading up to my wedding to confirm everything was finalized and ready, and received no response. The day of my wedding they did not arrive on time at all and were unable to be reached. We did not think they were going to come so we had a family member go to the nearest Publix to get any sort of bouquets they could get so we could have at least something for the ceremony. The florist team did not arrive until close to 3:30pm and my ceremony was at 4:00pm. (As you can assume, my husband and I were fuming) They were apologetic but their excuse was they had another event and lost track of the time, which is the most unprofessional excuse and completely unacceptable. Overall, the price and quality of florals were great, but our overall customer experience was horrible and I don't think I would be fully comfortable with recommending them. read more

They actually did not do a very good job and I emailed them and I did not appreciate their responses... I ordered an arrangement for sympathy with nice succulents in it and just a small portion of flowers. What we received was a bunch of flowers with a couple pieces of pine. The planter bowl was the only thing that resembles my original request. When I questioned them, they told me they have the right to substitute...this was not a sympathy arrangement, it was a Christmas arrangement and it cost me over a hundred dollars to find out they couldn't give me what I ordered. Horrible, and pretty rude when I questioned them...they said the only way to get a refund was to have the arrangement returned...I ask you, how do you ask a widow for an arrangement back when she is grieving the loss of her husband who passed 2 days prior. read more

I went in about a week before Valentine's Day to discuss quotes for my wedding. The woman I spoke to was so gruff and rude. Everything I told her I wanted, she scoffed at, almost making me feel silly for even asking such a thing. And anything she had to order, she told me she wouldn't even try for another week and a half because her warehouse guy would yell at her due to how close it was to Valentine's day. She made it very clear in her own words that my wedding was the least of her worries because of Valentine's Day. The whole experience make me feel like I was in her way and inconveniencing her. I ordered flowers for my best friend's mother because today is her daughter's birthday, my best friend (who is deceased). I am from Chicago and I can tell you this is not $40 + 11.99 shipping worth of flowers. I am extremely disappointed and feel that I was taken advantage of because I ordered from Illinois. I actually TOOK the time to research a florist, call and order flowers. I should have just done an FTD bc it would have looked better. Daisies and carnations are not a $40 arrangement. Without a doubt this is the best florist, with the most creative designers in the area. We moved to Bradenton from New England about 8 years ago. We had a lot of florists to choose from there, but I had a really hard time finding a good florist here. That was until Maria G eis bought Bradenton Flower Shop a couple years ago. I use her shop exclusively, the flowers are always fresh and long lasting. The designers are excellent at creating custom arrangements that match what I'm looking for. I always get great responses from anyone I send flowers to from them. Definitely call and trust they will meet your desires for floral arrangements. Bradenton florist is the rudest place I've ever dealt with, they care nothing about customer satisfaction..... Flowers were ordered through Teleflora the flowers that were delivered look shabby and not what I ordered at all when I complained to Teleflora they contacted Bradenton florist than Bradenton florist called me Maria was the rudest person!!!!!! I cannot believe they treat customers like that!!!! New flowers were delivered but they took the first set they delivered which was fine by me the second set of flowers looked much fuller but it looked like Bradenton florist just threw them in a vase and did not care about arranging them in the least...
