The product itself is great, and they have so many options based on your type of project. We've used them for carpet, hardwood, and LVP needs. Most recently, we had our basement refinished, and Joe was wonderful and easy to work with, per usual. Since that install, the carpet has held up so well. And thats saying a lot seeing as we have a bunch of kiddos down most days! However, during recent floods in the area, part of our carpet was effected. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to pull it up and air it all out - but that of course left it no longer secure. Let me tell ya, Carpet Mill Outlet is so reliable. I called Joe and he sent someone out within a day or two to restretch and reinstall the whole side of the room that was affected. We were so, so appreciative! No doubt we'll continue to use this local business for all of our future projects to come.

I didn't want to make everyone wait and I didn't want to criticize the workers in from of them, so I didn't walk around and check every inch of the carpet. Within a week there was a loop exposed on one of the seams where the carpet edges meet. The owner came back and cut it off. Very nice for him to do a home visit, but I could've cut it off all by myself (and risked it fraying further without any help). I thought he'd do something more permanent and professional. A few months later there was another large loop coming up on a different seam and he said he'd come over and GLUE it. I figured I could do that too so didn't make him come. At any rate, it's still unglued and raveling off and I am frustrated with their work. The edges are uneven around the fireplace and it's just plain shoddy workmanship.

As I walked to the material I needed to load, one of the young men walked over to me and asked if I needed help. I'm sporting a cane post knee surgery. The young man loaded my item into my truck. The kitchen floor, the board separate and they blame it on our kitchen chairs, which have wheels we were never told at anytime we couldn't have wheels on our chairs. They will not do anything to fix it either blaming it on the chairs so now I have a kitchen floor with boards that separate and kitchen chairs with no wheels.
